Click Agents supports low traffic sites. You can earn up to 20 cents per click depends on your click through rate. They have raised the payment rate to 10 cents per click to all host sites as of February 1st 99. They will also introduce premium rates of 12 and 15 cents to pages that get a high amount of daily impressions. When you refer a new member, you get 10% of their credits.

You have to own an English language website in order to join. Banners are rotated automatically. Checks are sent out when they reach US $25 or sterling equivalent, you can change this to a larger amount. You can also participate in their banner exchange program. Your banner will be displayed on their network, seven times for every ten exchange banners that you display. You can join both pay-per-click and banner exchange program at the same time. You can check your statistics any time.
